Unhinged by A.G.Howard

Summary: Alyssa wants to be as far away as possible from Wonderland but Morpheus is not going to let that happen. Not only does he love Alyssa but he will do anything in his power to make her the queen of Wonderland to keep her there forever. But Morpheus will have to compete against Jeb, the person who Alyssa loves and the one who will do anything to help Alyssa kill Queen Red.
Personal opinion: I loved the book mainly because it’s so imaginative and reminds me a lot to Tim Burton and his movies. The only thing that I didn’t like is the possibility of a love triangle, even though Morpheus is a veery attractive man and it’s really difficult to resist him OR trust him.
I saw some things coming but there are a lot of plot twists and surprises that makes you wanna keep reading the book. Maybe I would have liked to go back to Wonderland which we don’t really do in this book but given the ending I guess we will be coming back soon.
For those of you who love Alice in Wonderland, this books sets up to Alice Through the Looking Glass which I guess will be the main inspiration for the last book in this trilogy.
This review is way too short, I know. I finished this book months ago so I don’t have it as fresh on my mind as the others but I can assure is still a very good read and if you like fairytale retelling is definetely a MUST.
